Also note that a non refundable deposit of £100 confirms the booking.
The remainder is to be paid six weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
A £125 refundable security deposit (including £10 key deposit) is required with the final payment.
Change over day is Saturday, the apartment will be available after 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
The use of the accommodation and amenities are entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to person or personal belongings.
No responsibility can be accepted for damage to, or loss of, any vehicle or it’s contents.
The Hirer is responsible for the Apartment and is expected to take all reasonable care of it.
All utensils, equipment etc must be left clean and the Apartment clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
All damages and breakage’s are the responsibility of the hirer and must be reported and paid for.
A deposit of £100 is payable with booking and confirms the reservation.
The balance of the rental is payable six weeks before the start of the holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £125 (which includes £10 key deposit) is to be added to the final payment.
Non payment of the balance in advance shall be deemed to be cancellation of the booking.
For bookings made less than six weeks in advance the total rental is payable.
If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the beginning of agreed rental period, neither deposit or balance will be refunded.
The security deposit of £125 will be refunded to the hirer within 3 weeks of the end of the rental period. This is on the condition that the apartment was left clean and tidy and there was no damage to the equipment and furnishing, and the keys have been returned.
Sitting/dining room ~ there is a dining table with four dining chairs, a two seater settee and three chairs.
French windows open on to a balcony overlooking the square and with an impressive view of the mountains behind. The room is very pleasantly decorated with mirrors, pictures and traditional light fittings.
Kitchen ~ this is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge, self-cleaning oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle.
Bedrooms ~ each has a double bed, wardrobe and/or drawers and shelves. One bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the sea, whilst the other has two large windows – one offering sea views and the other overlooking the mountains to the west.
Shower room ~ fully tiled with low flush toilet, wash basin and modern shower.
Other Facilities:
There is a washing machine in the alcove on the small balcony off the main bedroom.
There is an ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and toaster.
There are electric radiators in each room and these are regulated individually.
There are plentiful supplies of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Unfortunately, for safety reasons, the apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age nor for people with restricted mobility. Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
